Energy Retrofit Updates

July 30th Update

After a tremendous effort to ready the space, the Retrofit began July 1st.

  • Our project manager, Ken Kinzle from Impel Construction keeps things running smoothly.

  • A new power line is being brought in for the new HVAC system. Pat Norwil, our electrical contractor stepped in to help, with David Harris adding the much-needed update to the lighting.

  • The gym walls are being readied for insulation-something the building has never had. The interior walls are firred in to prepare for the addition of insulation.
