Pasayten Taekwon Do
Taekwon Do is a Korean form of martial arts that is over 2,000 years old. Its very name describes the sport: Tae (foot), Kwon (hand), Do (art). Pasayten Taekwon Do teaches a non-contact martial art that focuses on self-defense, self-control, and physical fitness. We use hand techniques, kicks, point sparring, and “hyungs,” or pattern forms.
Join Jody Love, a fourth degree black belt, in the dojo for classes in martial arts. Classes are appropriate for ages 7 and up, and all ages and levels can work together. Fees range from $35 to $55 per month, depending on the type of class and number of classes.
