We seek a community leader for our organization in Twisp, WA, to oversee our vibrant community center’s operational, financial, and technical aspects.
- Leadership & Management: Overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan to ensure the continued success and growth of the Methow Valley Community Center.
- Strategic & Financial Planning: Guiding the organization’s strategic direction while managing finances and ensuring 501(C)3 status compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Fundraising & Marketing: Spearhead our fundraising efforts and enhance our marketing strategies to strengthen community engagement and outreach.
- Community Engagement: Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, community members, and partners to promote our mission.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will help us to achieve our mission and vision.
- Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 annually, based on experience. 32-hour work week.
